Registration in the UZI-register
19 october 2007
The UZI-register is part of the CIBG, an executive organization of the Ministry of Public Health, Welfare and Sport. The Unique Care provider Identification Register (UZI-register) issues an electronic passport (the UZI pass) especially for those people dealing with data from the care industry. Using an UZI pass, specialists, doctors or employees in the medical sector may access electronic patient information.
Registering for the UZI register is not simple. The visitor to the website is directed through a series of choices to one of the many highly specific application forms. Since this seems to have resulted in much confusion among users, Indivirtual was asked to conduct a user-friendliness study of both the choice selection and the forms. Based on the results of this study, the choice selection structure and the related forms will be redeveloped.
Indivirtual anticipates delivery of the restructured elements of www.uziregister.nl on 1 February 2008.
